With over 18 years experience in the health and wellbeing industry, my experience and qualifications allow me to advise and guide others on ways to build physical and emotional resilience to pressure and stress. 

I work as a senior physiologist for a private health company within a corporate environment. I also teach mat and reformer Pilates and mindfulness meditation.

I am fully insured for both pilates and mindfulness meditation. I am also a member of the Royal Society for Public Health.
