I have been teaching Pilates classes at Body Shape Pilates Studio in Parkstone for five years. The Pilates course covers mat pilates and includes Pilates exercises taught using small ball, band, foam roller stability ball, pilates reformer, cadillac and pilates chair. Exercises can be adapted dependant on back, knee, hip and shoulder injuries.
I teach the following classes -
- Tuesday 7.30-8.30 pm beginner/improver
- Tuesday 8.30 -9.30 pm improver/intermediate
- Friday 5.30 -6.30 pm beginner/improver
- Saturday 8.30-9.30 am beginner/improver
- Saturday 9.30 -10.30 am improver/intermediate
